Pday +14

So the hops plants are planted. all 10 of them. Out of the 10 of them there are 4 fugal of which 2 are already through the ground and 6 centennial of which 1 is through the ground. I also planted some Bleeding hearts flower roots. I have tilled the garden this last week and can start to identify the plants coming up. Tons of beets. Note to try to spread the beets out a little more the seed was really good. The lima beans are up and starting to get somewhat big. I do not know if i said anything about making the soil. I used leaf mulch and home made charcoal Its working great keeping the weeds down and the soil moist. This week was kinda rough had lots of family in town. Smoked some pork the day we did garden work. It rocked. The big truck that is to move mulch and stuff is up and running and the new copper nickel brake lines are great. The rear spring mounts are going to be replaced the ford dealer needed some help finding the right parts. It is a 1978 ford F350 with the 2 and a 1/4 inch springs and helper springs. This means it is made to carry a tank, Like army tank. I still need to plant the pear tree. Also the cabbage did not stay alive so I planted seed just in the ground we will see how it goes. The straw berries are coming in already. They are good if everything else looks pretty good. I need to make more charcoal and see If I can mix some mulch with Charcoal and compost. I also have to thank Bataglias garden center on route 59 In Kent/ Revena. The man that works there. helped me out. I took pictures of the tomato plants to him he not only told me what to use but brought me a fertilizer that he uses. Yes he refused to charge me and helped big time. I give blame him for all my plants surviving. horse radish is doing great cover in the home made mulch I made already. and sun flowers are doing well.  well thats the news happy gardening.
